摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer temperature fuse element which is thin and has the most suitable operation time, its manufacturing method, and a secondary battery cell using the polymer temperature fuse element. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polymer temperature fuse element includes electrode members 12, 13, and a fuse layer 11 made of a matrix resin 11a arranged between the electrode members 12, 13 and adhering the electrode members 12, 13, wherein glass transfer temperature serves as a criterion of operating temperature of the polymer temperature fuse element 10, insulated elastic particles 11b fixed in the matrix resin 11a while they are elastically deformed by compressing in the thickness direction of the matrix resin 11a, wherein a particle diameter becomes a distance between the electrode members 12, 13, and conductive particles 11c dispersed in the matrix resin 11a and securing conductivity between the electrode members 12, 13.
