<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor capable of accurately detecting load acting on a wheel bearing and a ground contact surface of a tire without being effected by rolling elements. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this wheel bearing, the rolling elements 5 are interposed between opposing double-row rolling faces of an outer member 1 and an inner member 2. One or more sensor units 20 are provided to a fixed side member out of the outer member 1 and the inner member 2. The sensor unit 20 includes a distortion generating member 21 having two or more contacting fixed parts contacting the fixed side member and fixed thereto, and a sensor 22 for detecting the distortion. In the sensor unit 20, the distortion generating member 21 is provided at a position deviated from a line L passing the center of the rolling elements 5 and extending in a direction forming a rolling element contacting angle, and further on an outer board side than the rolling element 5 on the outer board side out of the double-row rolling elements 5.
