PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle which achieves the improvement of measurement accuracy by increasing a load imparted to a load detection device when arranging a load detection device only in a vehicle rear end of a seat for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A bracket 18 is arranged in a vehicle forward end edge of a slide rail 16 and supports a seat side fixing member 17 with respect to the slide rail 16. The bracket 18 comprises a support part 22 which is erected toward an upper part of the vehicle from the slide rail 16; an upper side mounting part 31 which is supported by the support part 22 in a cantilevered manner by being connected so as to extend from an upper part of the support part 22 to a vehicle rear side and mounted in the seat side fixing member 17 on an freed end side from the support part 22; and an lower side mounting part 21 which is connected to a lower end of a support part 22 and mounted in the slide rail 16.
