PURPOSE: A packing box having cold insulation and heat insulation function is provided, which can keep freshness and enables bulk loading. CONSTITUTION: A packing box having cold insulation and heat insulation function comprises: a box body(1) which is formed by bonding of the wall plates and in which a vinyl label(2) is attached to the exterior of the wall plates in order to connect wall plates(11) in the same line; a bottom plate(3) combined with the inner bottom of the wall plate; and a cover(4) which is installed on the top of the box body to be opened and closed.
