<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic inspection apparatus whose seeing direction is changed satisfactorily even with reference to any specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The fluoroscopic inspection apparatus is provided with a rotary table 6 used to place the specimen 4, a rotation means 7 used to turn the rotary table 6, an inclination means 8 used to tilt the rotary table 6 together with its shaft from the horizontal direction, an X-ray source 1 used to emit an X-ray beam 2 to the specimen 4 placed on the rotary table 6, an X-ray detection means 3 used to detect the X-ray beam 2 emitted from the X-ray source 1 and transmitted through the specimen 4, a display means used to display its output as a transmitted image of the specimen 4, and a sight-through direction changeover means used to change over an arrangement of the X-ray source 1 and that of the X-ray detection means 3 in such a way that a direction of the X-ray beam 2 takes two directions as the nearly horizontal direction and the nearly vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
