<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector type headlamp capable of reducing the number of part items, while keeping an appearance in a level equivalent to that of the prior art, at both a light-on time and a light-off time. <P>SOLUTION: This projector type headlamp 1 has a projector unit 30 mounted with a bulb 35, in a lamp chamber S demarcated by a housing 10 and an outer lens 20, a convex lens 40 arranged in front of the bulb 35 with a distance from the bulb 35, and a transparent member 60 comprising a transparent resin and spread umbrella-likely from a peripheral edge part of the convex lens 40, and the transparent member 60 has a plurality of mirror-treated or half-mirror-treated reflecting parts on a surface thereof. The surface of the transparent member 60 is formed repeatedly with sloped faces 60A inclined from a vehicle front side toward a vehicle rear side and wall faces 60B erected from a rear end of the sloped face 60A, and the plurality of wall faces 60B is constituted to serve as the reflecting parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
