<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute delay-relative information for trains to user information terminals in real time. <P>SOLUTION: This on-rail positional information providing device includes an operation information acquiring part 101 network-connected to a diagram creating device 20 and an operation managing device 30 for acquiring basic diagram information as a train operation plan, on-rail information including current train positions, station-to-station distance and time component information including station-to-station distances and required travelling time components, closed section information including the positions of signals and signal aspects, and operation instructing information for the trains and the signals, an operating condition detecting part 104 for comparing the basic diagram information with the on-rail information and calculating a delay time for each train, a travel predicting part 109 for calculating an arrival predicting time for each station in accordance with the delay time, the basic diagram information, the station-to-station distance and time component information, the closed section information, and the operation instructing information, and a distributing part 113 for distributing the arrival predicting time relating to railway information and station information input from the user terminals 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
