PURPOSE: A washing apparatus is provided to enable uniform washing degree regardless of the position of the laundry by reducing the difference in the amount of the circulation water provided to the front and the rear of the drum. CONSTITUTION: A washing apparatus is composed of a cabinet, a tub, a drum(5) and a lifter(7). The drum is rotatably formed at the inside of the tub. The lifter is formed along the inner circumference of the drum in the direction parallel to the rotary shaft of the drum. The lifter generates the falling difference on the laundry. The lifter can store the water. The lifter comprises a plurality of lift holes(73). Each size of the lift holes is different. The lift hole enables the water to be discharged to the laundry. |
