PURPOSE: An environment-friendly yellow soil mortar is provided to prevent a cracking generation during a drying process, and to control the generation of harmful micro-organisms using natural materials. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly yellow soil mortar contains yellow soil powder and a sasa borealis extract. The sasa borealis extract is obtained by inserting the sasa borealis into a pottery with germanium balls on the bottom and fermenting. 50~150 parts of fermented sasa borealis extract by weight is mixed with 100 parts of yellow soil powder by weight. Water is added to the mixture to make the moisture content into 70~80wt%. The yellow soil mortar additionally contains paper mulberry pulp, a gelidium amansii extract, a pine needle extract, an edible antifoaming agent, and titanium oxide doped with iron.
