PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a condensing gas boiler is provided to simplify the structure of a latent heat exchange part and smoothly conduct the exhaust has passed through a sensible heat exchange part to the latent heat exchange part. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a condensing gas boiler comprises a sensible heat exchange part(120), a latent heat exchange part(130), a burner(116), and an exhaust vent(12). The sensible heat exchange part performs heat exchange through contact with the sensible heat of the burner. The latent heat exchange part performs heat exchange by the latent heat passed through the sensible heat exchange part. The burner is located in the lower part of a housing(110) of the sensible heat exchanger. The exhaust vent is formed on the upper exterior surface of the housing.
