EXPENSE SETTLEMENT SYSTEM, EXPENSE SETTLEMENT SERVER, EXPENSE SETTLEMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR EXPENSE SETTLEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and accuracy in expense settlement application by use of an employee identification card having an IC card function.

SOLUTION: An access history of an employee is managed by use of the IC card function of the employee identification card. Use of the IC card function of the employee identification card is inquired to a management server of an external organization when the IC card function of the employee identification card is used for a service provided by the external organization and an expense occurs, the access history of the employee and the use of the IC card function of the employee identification card are collated, to determine whether or not the employee identification card is used for business from a collation result. The expense is settled when it is used for the business.
