<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high-accuracy photosensor circuit capable of keeping temporal change over a long term ≤1% and allowing the output of a photosensor to be adjusted when the photosensor for measuring illuminance of a thin-film transistor is used; and to provide a liquid-crystal module. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensor circuit is driven so that charge flowing from the source electrode of a photosensor toward the drain electrode thereof is set nearly equal to charge flowing from the drain electrode of a thin-film transistor toward the source electrode thereof by applying an A.C. voltage to the source electrode of the photosensor 1.
