<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated porous film having excellent shut down characteristics while securing dimension stability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminated porous film includes an A layer mainly composed of polypropylene resin and a B layer containing polyethylene resin and has β activity. In the direction vertical to the flowing direction of the laminated porous film, shrinkage percentage after heating for one hour at 105°C is set to be 10% or less, and a ratio between shrinkage percentage after heating for one hour at 105°C in the flowing direction of the laminated porous film and that in the direction vertical to the flowing direction is set to be 0.1-3.0.
