<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper holder which can solve problems that a roller is necessary under a cover or a sharp cutter is necessary because a person cuts paper by holding roll paper after one turn using a conventional roll paper holder by which a person can cut paper with a single hand, and that a roll may remain slack because the roll turns too much when the person pulls out paper strongly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roll paper holder includes a paper cover (3) of the roll paper holder having a paper holder (4) on the rear side, an opening (5) for pulling out paper, a paper table (6) on which a next paper is set, and a paper cutter (7) on the tip in the order. The paper holder (4) holds the upside of the roll paper (9) by its weight when roll paper (10) is not pulled out.
