<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem that it takes a time and effort to pick up consultation persons requiring follow-up examination from among a large number of hospital visitors and prepare invitation notes, and it is difficult to send an appropriate invitation note at an appropriate time according to an individual hospital visitor's status. <P>SOLUTION: In an invitation note preparation system 40, a list storage unit 56 stores a list of the consultation persons requiring examination. An addressee extraction unit 48 extracts the consultation persons scheduled to be examined next within a number smaller than a predetermined number of days from among the consultation persons requiring examination on the list. An invitation note template storage unit 58 stores a plurality of texts and layouts of invitation note for notifying the invitation note addressee of the next examination time.
