PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-spindle machine tool capable of changing the axial distance of a plurality of cutting tools in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A spindle device 3, a multi-spindle head 4 and a driving part 5 are provided on the base 2 of the multi-spindle machine tool 1. An inner tapered roller 42 with a circular truncated cone shape of the multi-spindle head 4 is provided rotatably and axially movably. On the outer peripheral face of the inner tapered roller 42, three cutter holders 43 each having a circular truncated cone shape and a tip mounted with an end milling cutter 433 are arranged. An outer tapered roller 44 having a tapered inner peripheral face is axially movably provided on the outside in the radial direction of the cutter holders 43. By axially moving the inner tapered roller 42 and the outer tapered roller 43, the axial distance of the end milling cutters 433 can be changed, and by rotating the inner tapered roller 42, each of the end-milling cutters 433 can be rotated.
