PURPOSE: An upper part fixed dish washer is provided to enable a body built-in and to vertically move a cleaning part with an independent standing type structure. CONSTITUTION: An upper part fixed dish washer(10) comprises: an outer case(1) which is fixed on the top part of a sink, on one side of a sink shelves, or between shelves; and a body(2) which is located in the inside of the outer case with a barrel shape. The dish washer accommodates a washing machine device in the bottom and forms a tub in the top.
