<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device and a complimentary service system capable of promoting use of a store by a customer and activating a shopping mall. <P>SOLUTION: Information processing devices 10 and 30 are installed in the shopping mall and the like. The information processing devices 10 and 30 are provided with an alternative information table t5 previously storing alternative destination information in association with a plurality of complimentary information combination patterns individually. The alternative destination information is displayed selectably. The alternative destination complimentary information selected from the displayed complimentary information is stored. It is determined whether the stored alternative destination complimentary information can be substituted for complimentary information read from a customer card 1 or not based on the complimentary information combination pattern stored in the alternative information table t5. When the pattern is satisfied, the complimentary information stored in the customer card 1 constituting the pattern is substituted by the alternative destination complimentary information.
