PURPOSE: A filter and display device is provided to emphasize an image displayed on a screen by change transmittance or luminosity of a black frame arranged on a substrate circumference differently according to a position. CONSTITUTION: A filter is arranged on the front side of a display panel. The filter comprises a black frame(230) arranged on a contrary edge of a surface facing a display panel. The black frame comprises first and second portions, transmittances of which are different from each other. |
