PURPOSE: An orthotic compression brace is provided, which can improve the efficiency of treatment drastically, control the protrusion degree of the breast compression plate, and adjust oppression of the affected part precisely. CONSTITUTION: An orthotic compression brace comprises: a breast support stand(10) which is arranged in order to protect the chest part of a wearer, is combined to be projected toward chest part, of which a breast compression plate is separable, and a plurality of breast joints are mutually detached; a back-rest(20) which is arranged in order to protect the back region of a wearer; a connection part(30) interlinking back-rest stand and breast support stand. The breast compression plate is installed in the breast joint to enable to control the projection length from the breast support stand.
