<p>PURPOSE: A semi-manufactured glass and device for manufacturing thereof are provided to improve the shock resistance around a hole by balancing the stress distribution of the hole, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A semi-manufactured glass includes a radiant heat absorptive material(30) around the surface of a peripheral unit to uniformly distribute the stress of the glass by absorbing more radiant heat by the peripheral unit(14) of a hole(12) on the glass(10). The radiant heat absorptive material is selected from the group consisting of a carbon granule, a soot particle, a graphite particle, carbon black, liquefied carbon, liquid graphite or liquid carbon black. The radiant heat absorptive material is directly formed around the surface of the peripheral unit by incompletely burning hydrocarbon.</p> |
