PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a shift in the characteristic frequency of a filter circuit so as to cope with a variation of manufacturing. SOLUTION: The filter circuit 10 has a filter unit 11 including a cell whose gm value can be controlled and at least two capacitors, detects the capacity difference between the two capacitors, and supplies a control voltage VC generated corresponding to the capacity difference to the gm cell of the filter unit 11 to equalize ratios of the conductance value of the gm cell and capacity values of the capacitors to each other.
