摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage evaluation device of a high-chromium steel product evaluating easily and inexpensively a damage of the steel product caused by a creep void. SOLUTION: This damage evaluation method of a high-chromium steel product used in a prescribed temperature range and in a prescribed pressure range in which a creep void is generated has: a replica film formation process (S2) for forming a replica film on the outer surface of the high-chromium steel product, and exfoliating the replica film from the outer surface of the high-chromium steel product; and a grain boundary carbide evaluation process (S3) for measuring each size of a plurality of grain boundary carbides expressed by M<SB>23</SB>C<SB>6</SB>(M is a metal element, and C is carbon) transferred onto the replica film in a prescribed area to be measured, and comparing at least the largest one among the grain boundary carbides with a reference dimension.
