<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnifier including fine particles of a tungstic oxide or a tungstic oxide compound material on the surface, and having high anti-clouding performance by keeping hydrophilicity for long hours. <P>SOLUTION: In this magnifier including fine particles of the tungstic oxide or the tungstic oxide compound material on the lens surface, a mean particle size of the fine particles is in the range of 1-200 nm, and the aspect ratio of the fine particles is in the range of 1-3.5. When using fine particles of a tungstic oxide or a tungstic oxide compound material having excellent photocatalyst performance under irradiation of visible light, performance of decomposition of organic substance fouling or gas, or antibacterial-disinfection performance can be added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
