<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling control device of vehicle which can simultaneously perform very low speed traveling control for keeping a vehicle speed a very low target speed, and off-road traveling control with a snow road surface mode which switches an automatic transmission to a higher side than a first speed gear stage. <P>SOLUTION: The traveling control device of vehicle, which is equipped with a very low speed traveling control means 140 for controlling a driving force and a braking force of driving wheel so that a vehicle speed V may be kept a predetermined very low target speed Vm by fixing an automatic transmission 22 to the first speed gear stage, and an off-road traveling control means 136 with the snow road surface mode for traveling by switching the automatic transmission 22 to the higher side than the first speed gear stage.
