<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to manage video images at a plurality of photographing places captured by a plurality of cameras, since, in a monitoring camera system for entering/leaving a building, such cameras are required as follow a person entering/leaving the building who moves along prescribed passages toward a partitioned space (such as e.g., each room of a hotel or each house or a hall inside an apartment house or the like) inside the building through a plurality of doors or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Motion detection is performed from video images captured by a plurality of IP cameras with motion detect functions and if any motion is detected, the video image is output to a hub, so that images of a person entering/leaving a building are continuously displayed on a monitor.
