<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter board that has high flexibility in selecting mounting positions of devices, including a mounting position of an outside wire connection terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A door of a cubicle-shaped board body and a backboard opposed to it are provided with a ventilation opening for intaking/exhausting cooling wind, respectively. In the board body, a plurality of unit cases which are stacked in multiple stages in the vertical direction for inserting and arrangement are provided. The devices constituting a power converter housed in the board body are classified into a plurality of groups by function, and the devices in groups are housed in the unit cases for each group, to constitute a plurality of function units. A function unit among the plurality of function units that includes a device requiring cooling is inserted at a position opposed to the ventilation opening in the cubicle, with a cooling fan provided on the front surface of the unit case to allow cooling air to flow from the front surface to the rear surface in the unit case.
