摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat bead having improved wettability of the bead, reducing occurrence of sputter and making bead widths uniform without using particular composite wire in a consumable electrode type arc brazing of steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, copper alloy wire composed mainly of copper and containing silicon and manganese is used, short-circuit droplet transfer by the forward/backward moving operation of the wire are periodically carried out, and mixed gas containing 1.5-7 vol.% of oxygen gas as shield gas and the balance being argon gas is used. The number of short circuits per second of the short-circuit droplet transfers are preferably set to 55-85 times, and solid wire allowing the cross section of the copper alloy wire to be solid and having the cross section with uniform quality is preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
