<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation for therapeutic use for improving delivery efficiency of introduced genes. <P>SOLUTION: Aqueous and nonaqueous solution formulations contain agents useful for treating cancer. In one aspect, a pharmaceutical composition provided contains SYN3 in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In another aspect, a pharmaceutical composition provided contains SYN3 in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable nonaqueous carrier. In another aspect, a pharmaceutical composition provided contains SYN3 in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous carrier.
