FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in surgical treatment of acromial end of clavicle dislocation, including prevention of anterior clavicle subluxation. While forming clavicular-acromial ligament on anterior surface of acromial end of clavicle groove is made, into which one of two ends of lavsan ribbon, going from knot tied above clavicle, is placed. After that said end of ribbon is passed through canal in acromial process of scapula in sagittal plane in from front backward direction, and is tightly tied with the other end of ribbon behind acromial process. ^ EFFECT: ensuring reliable fixation of clavicle in reduced position; prevention of anterior clavicle subluxation; reduction of operation trauma. ^ 1 ex, 1 dwg |
