METHOD For producing OPTICAL MATERIAL on the basis of CdSb

A method for producing optical material on the basis of CdSb includes the stages of the sample loading, its synthesis, horizontal floating-zone refining and annealing with subsequent control of its parameters. On the stage of horizontal floating-zone refining the melt temperature is maintained at T= 740 ± 0.5 K and annealing crystalline ingot is carried out at a temperature of T= 726 ± 0.5 K for two hours.
