PURPOSE: A curtain airbag device is provided to effectively protect passengers using an air cushion by using a preliminary guide member. CONSTITUTION: A curtain airbag device comprises an air cushion(40), a tether(30), and a preliminary guide member(90). The air cushion is swelled with the gas flowing in from inflator. The tether is connected vertical hem of the air cushion. The tether supports the leading end of the air cushion in the development of the air cushion. The preliminary guide member perpendicularly surrounds the tether. |
