PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a solenoid is expensive to cause cost increase though the solenoid has been used as a changeover operation means for a changeover valve in a conventional manner when a game ball discharged from a storage tank is distributed by the changeover of the changeover valve to a putout passage for putting out the ball as a prize ball and to a ball removal passage for removing the ball. SOLUTION: A one-way clutch, which transmits driving force only in an opposite directional rotation whose rotary direction is opposite to a rotary direction for discharge, is arranged in a motor axis to be used in discharging the game ball. The changeover valve is changed-over via a converting means for converting the rotation of the one-way clutch into a vertical directional displacement, so that the putout passage and the ball removal passage are changed-over.
