DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR CONSTITUTIONAL INFLAMMATORY REACTION INTENSITY IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics in rheumatology and can be used for diagnostics of constitutional inflammatory reaction in the patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. That is ensured by reactive hyperemia test on the brachial artery (BA). The inflammation intensity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is shown by behaviour of the artery diametre in the reactive hyperemia test. That involves marking out the reaction type 1 - vasodilation with diagnosing C-reactive protein less than 12 mcg/ml, the reaction type 2 - the absence of reaction - 12-24 mcg/ml, the reaction type 3 - vasoconstriction - more than 24 mcg/ml. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving quality of functional diagnostics of erectile dysfunction (ED) and correlating endothelium malfunction with the level of RA laboratory activity (C-RP concentration). ^ 3 ex, 1 tbl
