PURPOSE: A massage apparatus for a bicycle and the bicycle including the same are provided to improve blood circulation disorder of a perineal region in a bicycle exercise by combining a massage part with a saddle. CONSTITUTION: A massage apparatus for a bicycle comprises: a saddle(100); a massage part uniting with the saddle; a central pipe in which one end is combined with saddle and the massage part and a power transmission unit is included; and a pedal part including a pair of cranks and a pair of pedals. The massage part includes a massage shaft gear(210), the massage shaft(230), and one or more massage pipes which is combined with the massage shaft and rotates along the rotation of the massage shaft.
