<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade driving device for camera which can be easily attached to a bottom board and can be made compact by integrally molding two bobbin parts of electromagnetic actuators onto one stator frame. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rotor 3 rotating a shutter blade 12 and a rotor 4 rotating a diaphragm blade 11 are respectively rotatably mounted on rotor mounting shafts 1d and 1e. The stator frame 5 includes an intermediate constituent part 5a, the bobbin parts 5b and 5c formed on both sides of the intermediate constituent part 5a, and plate parts 5d and 5e formed on both sides of the bobbin parts 5b and 5c. After holes 5d-1 and 5e-1 of the plate parts 5d and 5e are fit to the stator frame mounting shafts 1b and 1c, the stator frame 5 is fixed to the bottom board 1 by heat caulking. Yokes 8 and 9 comprise two components, which are brought into contact with each other in a mount hole 5a-2 of the intermediate constituent part 5a to be formed in U-shape respectively.
