PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motorcycle in which a battery within a battery box is easily detachable. SOLUTION: The electric motorcycle includes a pair of right and left center frames 6 extending in the front-and-back direction of a motorcycle body on a lower side of a footrest space and a step floor 10 having a flat footrest part 10a provided on an upper side of the pair of right and left center frames 6. A battery box 19, which is shaped like a box having an upper surface that is opened and stores a battery 9 for driving a power generating motor, is supported to be suspended while an opening portion of the upper surface of the battery box 19 is covered to be hermetically-closable by the step floor 10 that is openably and closably provided.
