<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core supporting structure for casting, securely supporting a core. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The core supporting structure 80 is disposed inside a cavity 63 formed between a fixed side casting die 62 and a movable side casting die 61 and is provided with the core 64 in which when a molten metal is fed into the cavity 63, the part where the core 64 is disposed is formed as a hollow. In the core supporting structure 80, the core 64 is provided with a hole part 64a elongating in the moving direction of the movable side casting die 61, and the movable side casting die 61 is provided with a pin part 66b supporting the core 64 by being fitted to the hole part 64a.
