摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of reduction in a transmission shock and reduction in deterioration of fuel economy when a gear change ratio of a transmission part is varied according to switching of a driving force source, in a vehicle power transmission device having first and second driving force sources. <P>SOLUTION: In a predetermined condition, gear change of an automatic transmission part 20 is suspended on switching of the driving force source between an engine 8 and a second motor M2, while the suspended gear change is carried out when a predetermined release condition for releasing suspension of the gear change is established during suspension of the gear change in the automatic transmission part 20. Therefore, for example, when operation of gear change in the automatic transmission part 20 is difficult and gear change shock occurs easily, only switching of the driving force source is carried out without operating gear change in the automatic transmission part 20. When gear change shock can be masked or operation of gear change in the automatic transmission part 20 is not difficult and gear change shock hardly occurs, for example, the suspended gear change is carried out, and the driving force source is operated in an efficient driving point (operation point). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
