PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for an underground structure capable of improving aesthetic appearance and visibility and maintaining the aesthetic appearance and visibility over a long period. SOLUTION: In this lid for an underground structure having a lid body 200 and a support frame for openably supporting the lid body 200, the lid body 200 includes a cast iron frame 210 which includes an edge part 211 therearound and in which the portion thereof surrounded by the edge part 211 is formed in a recessed part 212 and a resin base plate 220 attachable to the recessed part 212 of the frame 210.
