PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition eliminating harmful substances and waste materials generated and accumulated in a living body simply and also in a short time from the living body. SOLUTION: This composition for oral administration contains activated charcoal, a water-swellable substance having ≥45% swelling rate and a large intestine-stimulating laxative, and preferably the composition for oral administration obtained by attaching the water-swellable substance on the surface of the activated charcoal is provided.
