<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glare-proof film which has high antistatic property, can suppress reflectance and is inexpensive, to provide a polarizing plate using the glare-proof film, and to provide an image display apparatus which is fabricated by using the polarizing plate, is excellent in prevention of dust sticking and has satisfactory visibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The glare-proof film includes: a transparent plastic film base; a glare-proof layer which is disposed on the transparent plastic film base and has a surface formed of fine ruggedness; and an antistatic layer disposed on the uppermost surface of the glare-proof layer, wherein the antistatic layer is made of a curable composition containing following components (A), (B), and (C). Therein, (A) is conductive fine particle of which the average particle size is 1 to 150 nm, (B) is ionizing radiation curable monomer and (C) is organic polymer thickener.
