<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio-frequency switch circuit capable of reducing intermodulation distortions without increasing a chip size. <P>SOLUTION: The radio-frequency switch circuit includes: through FETTs äi, j} connected in n stages (n is a natural number) serially between an antenna terminal ANT and each of respective radio-frequency terminals RF1-RF6, and formed in an SOI structure; radio-frequency leakage prevention resistors RTs äi, j} connected to the respective gates of the through FETTs äi, j}; control signal lines Con1a and Con2a connected in common to the gates of the through FETs in N stages connected to the same radio-frequency terminal; and resistors R1 and R2 inserted serially into the respective control signal lines Con1a and Con2a separately from the radio-frequency leakage prevention resistors RTs äi, j}.
