<p>PURPOSE: A wheel disk of a road wheel for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the thickness of the wheel disk by processing martensite tissue. CONSTITUTION: A processing introduction is prepared by using a high strength steel plate(S10). A processing material is heated at 880~970°C for 3~10 minutes(S20). The heated processing material is simultaneously molded and cooled(S30). A middle processing material, which is hot processed, is cold-rolled(S40). A shot peeing process performs and the surface rigidity of the wheel disk is improved(S50).</p> |
