PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance member for attaining various performance forms by changing the movement of a mobile body to be driven by an accelerating/decelerating means, and to provide a game machine. SOLUTION: The presentation member 40 includes: the mobile body 40a having a mobile fulcrum 40p and load parts 40t, 40u; and the accelerating/decelerating means 40b for rotatably supporting the mobile fulcrum 40p of the mobile body 40a and accelerating/decelerating the mobile body 40a in a prescribed direction.
