PURPOSE: Automatic toe control equipment utilizing a gyro system is provided to enable the stability and adjustability of vehicles by the automated toe adjustment. CONSTITUTION: Automatic toe control equipment comprises gyro sensors(1,2) and a motor(3) and an ECU(4). The gyro sensors are installed at the right and the left of front wheels and front bumper site. The motor is installed at a tie rod arm, adjusts the length of the tie rod to reduce a toe-in or toe-out angle and change according to a driving vehicle. The ECU receives an electrically transformed signal, calculates a toe-in or toe-out angle, and drives the motor. |
