PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation board which can control noise generated when the heat dissipation board is fixed to a rotating body and rotates together with the rotating body without having any impact on the original cooling performance of the heat dissipation board. SOLUTION: A heat dissipation board 1 is fixed to the surface 16 intersecting the axis of rotation 15 of a rotating body so that the length direction of heat dissipation fins turns to the axis of rotation of a rotating body and rotates together with the rotating body, or the heat dissipation board 1 is fixed to the side circumferential surface 17 of a rotating body so that the length direction of heat dissipation fins becomes substantially parallel with the axis of rotation of a rotating body and rotates together with the rotating body, wherein slits 3 penetrating the heat dissipation fins in the width direction are formed partially or entirely in the plurality of heat dissipation fins 2 which are formed on the proximal surface of a substrate 5 becoming the proximal portion.
