<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data processing system of test equipment using image data which arranges exchanged data among units composing the test equipment and transmits accurate data to each unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The data processing system of the test equipment using image data includes, an image processing unit, an error monitoring unit, an operation display unit, and a data processing unit, and performs data communication among an image processing and communicating means, an error monitoring and communication means, and an operation display means. Between a comprehensive control means which generates a processing command toward other means and other three communicating means, two memory means are located respectively, depending on content of communicated data. As for the one memory means, data is written into it from the comprehensive control means, and data is read from it to other means.
