METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY TREATING GARBAGE

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for automatically treating garbage are provided to discharge purified condensate water and odorless clean air by crushing garbage, drying the crushed garbage, cooling steam containing malodor generated during drying, and purifying condensate water and malodorous gases. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically treating garbage comprises a cover(700) covering the outer part of the apparatus; an automatic operating part formed at one side of the upper central part of the cover(700) and equipped with button and alarm; an injection port(1) formed at the upper central part of the cover(700); an injection part(20) formed at the lower part of the injection port(1); a crushing part formed at the lower part of the injection part(20); a circular disc shaped drying part(5) formed at one side of the crushing part; a collecting housing(12) formed at the lower part of the drying part(5); a hood(6) for covering the outer part of the drying part(5) and collecting vapor phase gas exhausted from the drying part(5) during drying; a cooling part(8) connected to the upper part of the hood(6) by a pipe to cool vapor sucked from the hood(6) by a vapor suction fan(7); a purifier(9) that is connected to the lower part of the cooling part(8) and an ozonizer and purifies condensate water and malodorous gases; third purification column for finally purifying the condensate water and malodorous gases in the purifier(9); and condensate water outlet(702) and gas outlet for discharging purified liquid and gas.
