<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder which can bind papers in a simple structure and inhibit the occurrence of troubles such as distortion despite its simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First binding pieces 22 and 24 which extend over one side of a base member 12, and second binding pieces 26 and 28 which are so formed as to extend over one side of a movement 14 supported rotatably at a shaft with the base member 12, and assume the shape of a ring-like part by closing, are formed. In addition, projecting parts 64 and 66 formed on one side of the base member 12 and the movement 14, and recessed parts 40 and 42 formed on the other side, are formed. These projecting parts and the recessed parts and are allowed to fit into each other when the ring-like part is formed by bringing the first binding pieces and the second binding pieces are closed being faced with each other.
